As you will learn at this event, the HTEx program enables participants to reduce total telecommunications-related costs by an average of 27% and both improve the functionality and extend the life of existing equipment without requiring significant out-of-pocket capital expenditures.  Additionally, this program provides participants with the ability to access a platform for IT-based collaboration with other participants (e.g., shared dispatch, document management, etc.)
