Sourcing Office selected
Renivus as the supplier for our Renewable Energy Program. Renivus specializes in wind turbine installations and has nationwide capabilities. As part of its RFP response, Renivus partnered with
Tipping Point Renewable Energy to provide a full range of solar capabilities including both solar electric and solar thermal installations.
The Sourcing Office Renewable Energy Program is a first-in-the-nation program that offers three unique elements to participants:
- A "general contractor" approach that provides a single point of contact from initial consultation through project installation and ongoing maintenance for the life of the equipment
- A single already-procured contract that offers wind and solar capabilities
- A contract structure that enables non-taxable entities to access state and federal incentives previously only available to for-profit companies
- A sustainable financing solution that significantly reduces out-of-pocket cost for program participants
