About our Print Management Program

Sourcing Office worked with several Affiliate Members interested in a print management solution and more than a dozen print management/copier suppliers to create a best-in-class set of specifications for our Print Management Program’s request for proposal. Additionally, Sourcing Office retained a subject matter expert with senior management experience in the multifunctional device industry to lead the development of the RFP documents and interview potential suppliers as part of the supplier selection process.

Sourcing Office developed the only public sector contract vehicle in the entire country that provides participants with the ability to manage every element of cost related to printing and copying.

Sourcing Office selected Ohio-based ComDoc, a Global Imaging Systems / Xerox company, as its exclusive provider of print management related services.  This Sourcing Office program is available to all entities in Ohio and is delivering significant savings to its current Print Management Program participants.
