Sourcing Office partners with leading institutions – what we call “Lead Partners” - across the country to develop customized group purchasing programs. Lead Partners provide input into the program design and agree to buy through the program when it is launched.
Sourcing Office is responsible for everything else. We develop the specifications, research potential suppliers, manage the competitive selection process, negotiate with the selected supplier, and coordinate the implementation of the program within your organization. In addition, Sourcing Office recruits other organizations to participate in the program development process and increase the total purchasing volume.
