For small entities (GS Classification purchasing less than 199 kWh), complete the enrollment materials (available for download here) and fax them back to immediately lock in your savings. These documents should be directed to FirstEnergy Solutions via fax at 888.820.1416 (no cover necessary) or send a scanned copy to firstchoice@fes.com.

For all other entities, complete the letter of authorization (available for download here) and return the letter along with copies of a recent bill for each account to Sourcing Office via fax (no cover necessary) at 216.503.4657.
