For GS classification of 199 kWh and below, you will receive 5.75% off your electric generation through May 2011. For GS classification above 199 kWh and all other classifications, FirstEnergy Solutions will provide customized pricing based upon your organization’s unique load characteristics and preferred contract terms.

COMFORT:

Sourcing Office worked closely with the Ohio Attorney General’s office to review the legal terms of customer contracts with FirstEnergy Solutions.

SERVICE:

Sourcing Office participants will have access to dedicated customer care representatives through a special Sourcing Office toll free enrollment and inquiry line.

EDUCATION:

Sourcing Office participants will have access to exclusive energy market update events, information, and resources through this program.

SAVINGS INFORMATION:

Sourcing Office will provide participating organizations with an annual savings report detailing the savings received versus the Price to Compare (PTC).
