Sourcing Office Board of Directors

The Sourcing Office’s board of directors is comprised of leaders from both the public and private sectors.  These individuals are committed to improving the effectiveness and efficiency of local governmental operations while driving down costs.  Board members are elected to three-year terms by the Member representatives at the Sourcing Office annual meeting.

Sourcing Office’s governing structure is unique among Councils of Governments; our Code of Regulations stipulates that a majority of the directors must come from the private sector and not represent a Sourcing Office member.  This approach ensures that the Sourcing Office board of directors can always act in the best interests of the entire membership and execute their fiduciary responsibility to Sourcing Office and its Participants without encountering potential conflicts of interest with individual Members that they represent.
