Benefits and Human Resource Services Program Participant Benefits

Sourcing Office has done all the work and provides participants a turnkey solution for a wide-range of benefits & human resource services. Because Sourcing Office followed applicable public sector procurement guidelines, virtually any public sector organization, and all not-for-profit and private entities, can “piggyback” off of this contract without having to conduct their own procurement process. Sourcing Office selected a supplier that:

• Provides a comprehensive range of benefits consulting, benefits administration, payroll services, wellness, and HR consulting;
• Reduces expenses and offers cost effective assistance in managing ongoing human resource requirements;
• Mitigates significant risks and lowers long-term liabilities related to your human capital;
• Offers a single point of contact for all benefits and HR-related needs;
• Delivers these services nationwide; and
• Utilizes an integrated technology platform to reduce costs and streamline ongoing administrative requirements.

Now that Sourcing Office has a relationship in place with CPI-HR, Sourcing Office is working with our benefits and human resource services program participants who are knowledgeable in this space and/or have pressing challenges to determine what type of customized and group benefits program(s) we can develop to further meet participants’ needs. For example, is there an opportunity to develop a group health insurance program and, if so, what should this program include? Should we develop a single group health insurance program with built in flexibility to address needs of individual entities or do we need to develop multiple options? Are there ways that we can effectively integrate the five different elements of benefits & human resource services to meet the needs of individual participants better and/or more cost effectively?
